TSI Holdings, one of Japan’s top five fashion retailers with 38 brands and growing e-commerce sales, faced a content bottleneck as it rapidly expanded digital storefronts on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Brand teams needed autonomy to create mobile-optimized, brand-specific content without relying on the central e-commerce group, so TSI turned to e-Spirit and its FirstSpirit Starter Package to provide a content-driven digital experience layer for its multi-brand operations.

e-Spirit implemented the FirstSpirit Starter Package for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, giving brand marketers an intuitive, drag-and-drop CMS with multi‑language support to manage product catalogs, galleries, blogs and more. The results were rapid: TSI launched the Human Woman and Margaret Howell sites in half the expected time, content editors now create content 2.5x faster and update site content 1.5x faster, accelerating time-to-market, lowering operational costs and strengthening TSI’s omnichannel retail capabilities.
