Ebnb.gr, an online store selling mobile phone accessories and spare parts in Greece, wanted to stand out in a highly competitive market and increase reviews on Skroutz.gr, a popular price comparison site where ratings influence purchase decisions. To support this goal, the company worked with e-satisfaction.com to identify satisfied customers and promoters throughout the customer journey.
Using e-satisfaction.com, ebnb.gr built a constantly updated mailing list of happy customers and sent them review-request campaigns every two weeks. The campaigns generated strong engagement, including one email sent to 39 customers with a 56.4% open rate and a 20.5% click rate, and led to a 79% increase in positive reviews, reaching a total of 199 positive reviews, along with many mostly positive customer comments.
