Wild Rivers Waterpark, the popular Irvine, California attraction preparing to reopen in a new location, needed to manage large, complex plan submittals for its rebuild project. Using e-PlanSoft’s goPost™ Public Portal and e-PlanREVIEW®, the customer wanted to move away from time-consuming paper-based submissions that required multiple printed plan sets, hand delivery, and costly manual routing through city departments.

e-PlanSoft implemented a fully digital intake and plan review process through goPost™ Public Portal and e-PlanREVIEW®, enabling online submittals, remote collaboration, and real-time comments and resubmittals. The result was faster, more transparent reviews with significant savings in time and printing costs—most notably avoiding a full day of printing and more than $8,000 in printing expenses for the initial CEQA submittal alone—while also keeping the project moving smoothly during COVID-related office closures.
