The City of Omaha sought to expand its use of electronic plan review and online permitting on an accelerated timeline. They were an existing user of e-PlanSoft's e-PlanCheck software but required a more advanced and integrated solution to meet their goals more efficiently.

e-PlanSoft implemented a migration to their e-PlanREVIEW platform, which was integrated with the city's Accela system via Velosimo. This successful three-month implementation included PDF Scout Inspector to pre-check files and seamless portal integration. The results included significantly improved efficiencies, a reduction in paper plans submitted by mail, and shorter review timelines that saved the city both time and money.
