Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Taskforce - Customer Case Study

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Taskforce, part of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, needed a better way to track and audit critical equipment for first responders. Its manual pen-and-paper process and outdated asset software made it difficult to maintain accountability, standardize FEMA-based classifications, and keep up with frequent audits and emergency response demands, so it turned to E-ISG Asset Intelligence and its Visual Asset Manager software.
