Yellowstone Bank creates a 6,500 sf daylight-filled branch with A&E Design

Yellowstone Bank sought to transform an existing building into a contemporary financial institution that would redefine the modern banking experience. The challenge was to achieve this through adaptive reuse, creating new offices and workspaces while ensuring the design was both sustainable and aligned with the bank's vision. A&E Design provided architecture and interior design services for this project.

A&E Design executed a sustainable adaptive reuse of the 6,500-square-foot building, blending the existing raw brick façade with sleek, modern furnishings and floor-to-ceiling glass offices. The solution incorporated three large skylights and daylight portals to infuse the space with natural light, which significantly reduced lighting loads and costs. The result was a high-performance, energy-efficient facility that achieved a cost-effective design with a comfortable and cohesive atmosphere, successfully transforming the banking experience for Yellowstone Bank.
