Syngenta, a global leader in crop protection, turned to e-days to replace a manual leave management process across its APAC operations. The company struggled with slow approvals, inconsistent leave records, inaccurate data, and country-specific entitlement rules that were not always applied correctly, creating compliance risk and an unknown financial liability.
e-days implemented a centralized e-leave solution for Syngenta, starting in India, the Philippines, Korea, and Singapore, with country-specific templates, entitlement rules, and an HR system integration. The rollout also included single sign-on and reporting for HR and payroll teams, resulting in standardized and compliant leave tracking, better data accuracy, faster processing, and positive user feedback. Syngenta ultimately expanded the e-days rollout further across APAC, supporting 2,300 users.
