Before e-days, the company relied on paper, scanning, and spreadsheets, creating heavy admin work for HR and managers, making it hard to track absence trends, and causing payroll accuracy issues.

e-days was rolled out globally to replace the old process, with sickness management policies, automated reminders, and scheduled absence reports built into the system, along with features such as entitlement calculation, holiday booking, sickness tracking, team calendars, and single sign-on. As a result, Monster Energy reported much faster leave requests and approvals, improved mobile access, and more useful HR data reporting; the time to process a leave request fell from over 6 minutes to just seconds, delivering a clear cost saving.
