Graphy Community Platform (formerly Scenes) helps creators and businesses build, manage, and monetize online communities. As its demand for real-time interaction grew, Graphy struggled with its initial live video setup using Zoom and later 100ms, which created friction around account setup, switching between interfaces, added licensing costs, and laggy in-call experiences. The team needed a more flexible live video solution that could better support engagement and scale.
Graphy Community Platform implemented Dyte’s Live Video SDK, along with features like polls, chat, and request to join stage, to create a more unified in-app live experience. With Dyte, Graphy removed separate account/licensing hassles, simplified costs, and supported up to 10,000 concurrent users and 250k minutes consumed per month. The result was overwhelmingly positive user feedback and a smoother path for future customization and engagement features.
