How Culture Amp uses Dyspatch to build employee experiences in 45 languages

Culture Amp, a leading employee experience and people analytics platform, needed a better way to manage a large email library that was stuck in code and dependent on engineers. With about 80 main email templates, 800 localized template versions, and support for 45+ languages, their workflow was difficult to update, maintain, and keep consistent. They chose Dyspatch to move email production out of Git and into a more collaborative, scalable process.

Dyspatch helped Culture Amp import and optimize their designs into five reusable base templates, then use a modular drag-and-drop workflow integrated with SendGrid and Smartling. With Dyspatch, Culture Amp’s product teams can now create, translate, test, and export localized emails with far less engineering support, cutting email production time down to hours or days instead of weeks. Dyspatch also improved collaboration, brand consistency, and localization quality across 45 languages while freeing engineering time for higher-value work.
