CareHive, a 50–100 employee digital healthcare company, was losing valuable engineering hours to a difficult, fragile email workflow: any transactional template change required developer time, templates often broke, and the product team couldn’t iterate quickly. To address this, CareHive implemented Dyspatch’s No-Code Email Builder to remove engineering bottlenecks and give the product team direct control over emails.
Dyspatch enabled CareHive’s product team to own the full email workflow using DML (Dyspatch Markup Language), integrated Litmus testing, and centralized template hosting for Mailgun and Amazon SES. Since switching to Dyspatch, developers haven’t touched email templates; customization now takes 10–15 minutes, building from scratch 40 minutes, and creating/testing/reviewing/publishing one day—freeing engineering resources to focus on product development and growth.
