First Foundation manages its mobile financial enterprise with a Citrix solution from DynTek

First Foundation Inc., a financial services company, was facing high PC management costs, an unsuccessful desktop virtualization effort, and growing pressure to meet mobile security and compliance requirements. Working with Dyntek, the company needed a better way to deliver virtual desktops, support Windows 7, and secure mobile devices and data for its workforce.

Dyntek implemented Citrix XenDesktop to centralize desktop management and replace aging PCs with thin clients, then later recommended XenMobile Enterprise and ShareFile to strengthen mobile device management and replace Dropbox with a secure file-sharing platform. The solution improved reliability, simplified administration, supported regulatory compliance, and helped First Foundation rapidly onboard users during its merger, while keeping corporate and personal data separate on iPhones.
