USP College - Customer Case Study

USP College, which serves nearly 3,000 students in Benfleet, Essex, faced an Ofsted-driven need to improve Maths and English attendance and other key performance areas. Their in-house reporting was time-consuming and inaccessible for busy staff, and a change in leadership highlighted the need for a faster, more intuitive way to draw actionable insights from multiple data sources.

Dynistics implemented Active Dashboards, rolling the system out from 20 users to an enterprise-wide platform within three months and extending it across the merged USP and Palmer’s colleges. The dashboards provided real-time visualisation and consistent reporting, reduced ad-hoc data requests, improved cross-curriculum accountability, aided planning for recruitment and staffing, and helped drive measurable improvements in attendance, retention and overall learner outcomes.
