Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College was producing large volumes of data but lacked a way to interrogate it quickly and usefully. Assistant Principal Greg Barker wanted a simple, visually appealing tool that would let non‑data specialists ask the right questions, spend less time gathering information and more time solving issues such as attendance, retention and enrolment conversion.
The college selected Dynistics’ Active Dashboards after consulting with staff at all levels and receiving training during implementation. Dashboards now deliver real‑time enrolment, retention, attendance, exam and lesson‑observation metrics, enabling faster, data‑driven responses, earlier interventions and better replication of what works — with additional benefits including improved room usage, financial variance tracking and UCAS progression monitoring.
