Kensington & Chelsea College, a Further and Higher Education provider with two West London sites and a diverse student intake, faced fragmented, hard‑to‑maintain reporting at a time when real‑time data and robust performance management were critical for Ofsted and funding. The College needed an accessible, unified reporting tool that could pull together multiple data sources, provide drill‑down detail and present information visually so staff at all levels could act quickly.

In December 2015 the College deployed Dynistics Active Dashboards, rolling out seven dashboards (finance, applications, enrolments, board KPIs, attendance/progress, retention and room utilisation) with mobile access and a governance view. The change delivered organisation‑wide, real‑time data, reduced admin and meetings, enabled faster interventions, exposed data issues for quick fixes, and contributed to early improvements in attendance, retention and attainment while fostering a new culture of analytics.
