Dynatrace helped implement an observability-led cloud operating model with AI-powered insights and the Carbon Impact App. The solution cut observability operating costs by 30%, enabled a 162% increase in cloud-running applications, and helped Zurich North America move 80% of its apps to the cloud. Dynatrace also contributed to an 89% reduction in IT service incidents, from 71 to 8 in a year, while improving recovery and sustainability decisions.
