Dynatrace implemented automatic, AI-powered full-stack observability with a single agent across Kroger’s environment, giving teams precise, code-level insights into performance issues and reducing blind spots. As a result, Kroger improved cross-team collaboration, cut new-application support tickets from 700 to 7 per week in one month, and freed IT teams to spend less time troubleshooting and more time innovating.
