INAIL adopts Dynatrace to offer citizen-friendly digital services

INAIL, the Italian public organization that manages insurance against work accidents and diseases, needed better visibility across its hybrid cloud environment and growing set of digital services as it migrated applications from on-premise systems to cloud models. To support its 270 applications and more than 350 core processes, INAIL adopted Dynatrace to improve monitoring of application performance, infrastructure, and user experience.

With Dynatrace, INAIL extended observability across its entire application stack, helping Dev, ITOps, and the Service Control Room collaborate more effectively and diagnose issues faster. The result was a significant reduction in incident resolution time, with problems now typically fixed within about an hour of being identified, improving service availability and minimizing disruption for citizens.
