FreedomPay, a digital commerce and payments provider serving thousands of sites worldwide, was looking to modernize its IT operations and improve the reliability of its payment platform. Using Dynatrace, FreedomPay needed better observability across on-premises systems, Azure cloud services, and third-party payments environments, while also giving developers and customers a shared view of performance and transaction data.
Dynatrace helped FreedomPay create unified observability and shared customer dashboards with deeper insight into response times, error rates, and business analytics. As a result, FreedomPay improved developer response time by 99%, reduced mean time to identify issues from about two months to two minutes in one case, and enabled faster, more collaborative troubleshooting and more reliable payment experiences.
