International Post Corporation (IPC), the leading service provider for the global postal industry, needed reliable insight into how rising living costs were affecting online shopping behaviors across 39 countries. To inform its postal delivery strategy for e-commerce, IPC partnered with Dynata for its Cross-Border E-Commerce Shopper Survey and Domestic E-Commerce Shopper Survey.
Dynata provided end-to-end project management, survey programming, data processing, and AI-powered QualityScore™ data cleaning to filter fraudulent and poor-quality respondents. This improved data quality, reduced bias, and saved IPC time and resources, while allowing the survey to expand from 17 countries in 2015 to 39 countries in 2022 without extending delivery timelines. The result was more robust, trustworthy global reporting and greater confidence in the insights used by postal operators.
