Annual Global Survey from Prophet Identifies Critical Insights to Drive Client Growth

Prophet, a global consultancy, needed a way to measure brand relevance at massive scale for clients across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the U.K. As competition intensified from both large global brands and fast-moving startups, Prophet set out to build the Brand Relevance Index® (BRI) and needed a research partner that could support a complex, worldwide consumer survey. They chose Dynata for its panel size, scale, quality, and operational expertise.

Dynata supported Prophet by providing the global survey infrastructure, fielding support, and data services needed to run the BRI. The first pilots in 2015 expanded into a global annual study, and by 2018 the Index surveyed 47,845 consumers across 803 brands. The program drove measurable impact, including a 203% increase in microsite traffic in the first month, paid search and social performance more than 500% above platform norms, and more than 75 press mentions worldwide.
