Dynasend was engaged to provide an iOS solution (via its HTML Email Signature Installer / iOS app) and the team noted the project constraint that Android devices do not support HTML signatures.
Dynasend implemented a co‑branded portal and simple three‑step data entry workflow that auto‑fills the three location templates (or prompts for address fields when “Other” is selected) and links users to the Dynasend iOS signature installer for easy paste‑in installation. After IT review and rollout, 550 US Foods employees installed the iPhone signature within six months with zero support reports, delivering consistent mobile branding with minimal ongoing effort.
