Kuehne + Nagel, a global logistics leader with some 1,300 offices in over 100 countries, needed a consistent, customizable email signature program for roughly 7,000 North America employees to reinforce brand, share contact details, and drive traffic to regional sites. To meet strict marketing, legal and language requirements across 100+ locations and deploy via Office 365, Kuehne + Nagel selected Dynasend to provide an online signature generation portal and an Outlook Deployment Tool for remote rollout and centralized management.

Dynasend converted Kuehne + Nagel’s designs into HTML/RTF signatures, configured 204 North American locations, built an admin-controlled Customer Thermometer integration with “hidden” fields for per-user tracking codes, and supported IT in pushing the desktop app enterprise-wide. The rollout was rapid and measurable: 2,400+ users created signatures in the first 24 hours and 3,400+ after one week (with ~4,000 expected in the U.S.), delivering a streamlined, centrally managed program and ongoing support for Kuehne + Nagel.
