Southern Landscape Group, a landscape management company founded in 1998, needed a better way to handle estimating, job costing, and overall project efficiency. As a DynaSCAPE customer since 2003, they were using multiple spreadsheets and programs and wanted a more integrated solution that could connect design, proposals, and costing while maintaining data accuracy and privacy.
DynaSCAPE implemented Manage360, starting with sales and estimating and later adding job costing, creating an end-to-end workflow from design to invoicing. The result was faster, more accurate estimates, fewer miscounts, better tracking of labor and equipment costs, improved field crew visibility, and stronger production control—helping Southern Landscape Group create “bulletproof” estimates and improve its bottom line.
