Vault Health, a digital health company, faced the challenge of streamlining the registration process for its at-home COVID-19 test kits. Manually entering a 14-digit code was prone to human error and created a poor customer experience. To solve this, they sought a barcode scanning solution and chose to implement the Dynamsoft Barcode Reader SDK.

The Dynamsoft solution provided a simple JavaScript implementation that offered high-speed, accurate scanning across all common desktop and mobile browsers. This allowed Vault Health customers to easily scan barcodes to register their kits and track return shipments, eliminating manual entry errors. With the aid of Dynamsoft's SDK, Vault Health successfully administered tests across all 50 US states and plans to expand its use to other diagnostic services.
