Aquarium Software, a provider of a web-based business process management solution, faced a challenge allowing users to scan and upload documents without requiring them to download and install local software, which was against their core software-as-a-service principle. Dynamsoft addressed this challenge with their Dynamic Web TWAIN product, which enables direct scanning from within a web browser.

The solution implemented by Dynamsoft allowed Aquarium's clients to scan and upload documentation directly from the web solution, even using mobile devices like iPhones to photograph and upload documents. This resulted in a system that is used by over 70 clients, many of whom upload hundreds of documents daily, and they are delighted with its simplicity and flexibility.
