The firm implemented Dynamo’s cloud CRM to centralize GP and LP data, connect Outlook, store documents, and provide configurable fields, dashboards and an investor portal. As a result, all deal and transaction information now lives in one place, reporting and valuations are faster and more transparent, the pipeline is systematically tracked, and information flows reliably between the investment team and back office—reducing errors and saving time.
