Weber, the international super‑brand behind the kettle grill, wanted to give barbecue enthusiasts a place to share their passion and build closer relationships with the brand. To create this community and commerce experience Weber partnered with Dynamicweb, using Dynamicweb’s Ecommerce platform integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Using Dynamicweb, Weber launched “Weberklubben,” an online community offering recipes, blogs, expert Q&A, courses, exclusive merchandise and an integrated webshop. The platform drove strong engagement and measurable impact: the site reached 27,000 users in the first three weeks with about 2,000 paying VIP signups, and grew to tens of thousands of members by 2014, while delivering deeper customer insights, stronger brand loyalty and a new online‑to‑store sales channel — all enabled by Dynamicweb.
