UCO is a Norway-based rental and service provider (Utleiecompagniet) for machinery and rig services in construction, civil engineering, industry and public enterprises. Facing fragmented manual systems, heavy reliance on phone and email, and poor visibility of rentals, customers and product data that consumed many working hours, UCO turned to Dynamicweb and its All‑in‑One Ecommerce Suite to address these challenges.

Dynamicweb implemented the full Ecommerce Suite—combining websites, a rental and customer portal, marketing (personalization and newsletters), built‑in SEO, a PIM and a live integration to UCO’s Dynamics NAV—so customers see specific prices and offers when logged in. The Dynamicweb platform gives UCO centralized control of product data, streamlines operations to reduce manual effort, and phase 1 of the rollout was started with completion expected in spring 2022.
