Trip Trap WoodCare, a Denmark-based manufacturer of wood care products selling through an international dealer network, faced an outdated, non-mobile website that was hard to maintain and required heavy manual work to update 300–400 multilingual product descriptions. Seeking a modern digital platform with PIM to centralize product data, they engaged Dynamicweb to deliver the new solution.

Dynamicweb implemented a combined Dynamicweb CMS and Ecommerce solution integrated with Unik Pine Tree PIM and DAM using the Co3 Espresso best-practice setup, and helped build a dealer self-service portal tied to the central PIM. The integrated system gives Trip Trap WoodCare a single point of control, automates product-data publication to eight websites and numerous sales documents, saves significant time and resources, lowers dealer setup costs, and makes the company self-sufficient in managing its digital catalogue.
