Skanska implemented a Dynamicweb B2B solution that integrates in real time with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017, Oracle Fusion and IBX, with Softgear recreating the complicated price ladder and mirroring the customer price matrix for high‑performance, on‑demand pricing and AD single sign‑on. The Dynamicweb deployment, hosted by Softgear, digitized ordering for both Skanska’s internal projects and external customers, reduced administration, streamlined sales and customer care, and created a more efficient, indispensable way of working.
