Service & Co, a Denmark-based private company that trains tour guides and the largest tour guide education institute in Scandinavia, had a very basic website that only listed company information. They wanted a site that would engage young prospects (from age 18), invite dialogue, and make it easy and exciting to communicate with the company, so they chose the Dynamicweb platform to upgrade their online presence.

Dynamicweb implemented an interactive site with bold calls to action and integrations for phone, Skype live chat, email booking, and social channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), plus user-submitted articles and videos to answer prospects’ questions.
