BKI, a Danish coffee brand serving both retail and food service customers, wanted to strengthen its B2B focus by attracting new professional customers and improving the online buying journey. The company also needed a modern eCommerce solution that would encourage customers to order products directly through the webshop instead of contacting BKI Foods by phone.

Dynamicweb, together with No Zebra, implemented a new B2B portal and webshop on DynamicWeb with CMS, multi-language support, fast checkout, individual agreement pricing, favorite lists, and a customer login area for orders and consultant contact. The platform was integrated with Perfion, Navision, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and delivered strong results: 88.1% more leads, 109.7% higher average session duration, and a 62.4% increase in pages per session among professionals.
