A Dynamicweb Case Study
Repart, one of Denmark’s oldest spare‑parts companies with more than 4,000 items and a 9.5 Trustpilot rating, faced a losing battle with an outdated, non‑mobile website that hindered customers and repair professionals from quickly finding and ordering parts. To stop lost sales and improve the online experience, Repart engaged Dynamicweb to deliver a new B2C ecommerce solution built on the Dynamicweb platform.
Dynamicweb implemented a mobile‑first store with product and data import from Microsoft Dynamics C5, a 3‑click product finder, item‑number search, compatibility and related‑items views, Google product feed, MobilePay checkout and nearby pickup points. Since launch, Dynamicweb’s solution drove a 25% increase in mobile/tablet traffic, a 21% rise in organic traffic within six months, a 3‑point visibility score gain, 10% more new visitors and 23% more page views, alongside measurable increases in online sales.
