RealMæglerne, a Danish B2C estate agent, faced slow property-dossier updates because data first had to be imported via an external server, a static Guldkøber® buyer-directory that failed to engage users, large and diverse buyer data sets, and the need for secure, accurate matching. To solve this they engaged Dynamicweb (with partner Smartpage) to leverage the Dynamicweb platform and custom integration modules.
Using Dynamicweb, Smartpage built both simple and complex modules to integrate RealMæglerne with C&B, Boligsiden and Mindworking, automating the flow so listings, photos and videos appear immediately and manual work is greatly reduced. The Dynamicweb implementation sped up dossier updates, revitalized the Guldkøber® concept, increased site engagement and time on site, simplified agents’ workflows, and made it much easier to generate sales material—delivering measurable operational efficiencies and improved customer experience.
