ProDesign Denmark, a Danish eyewear designer rooted in classic Danish design, faced a challenge: their previous site functioned mainly as an online catalogue for optician retailers and lacked appeal for end consumers. Seeking a more end-user oriented web strategy to showcase products and strengthen brand awareness, they chose the Dynamicweb solution to rebuild their online presence.
Dynamicweb implemented a new site that displays roughly 500 products, integrates with ProDesign Denmark’s Visma ERP, and adds features like faceted filters, social media content, optician ordering and instructional videos, plus a virtual “try-on” image upload and share function. Since launch the site has grown to about 40,000 visitors per month and helped drive a 14% increase in turnover year-over-year, demonstrating measurable commercial impact from the Dynamicweb implementation.
