Plastmo, a supplier of water-management and outdoor-environment products to Norwegian building materials retailers, needed to modernize its digital presence to reduce manual work. Orders were previously handled by email, fax or phone, and Plastmo wanted a login-based ordering portal for retailers plus a CMS to publish consumer-facing product information. Dynamicweb delivered the digital platform, using Dynamicweb’s All-in-One platform with a B2B customer portal and a CMS module.

Dynamicweb implemented an ERP‑integrated B2B portal so logged-in retailers see customer-specific prices and discounts, live stock status and can reorder previous purchases, while the CMS enables quick content updates and a “find your nearest dealer” function. The Dynamicweb solution has significantly cut manual processing time—orders are now placed automatically with the correct price, customer number and delivery address—freeing Plastmo to focus more on product quality.
