Pillivuyt, a 200-year-old French porcelain maker, needed to go digital in 2015 without compromising its premium brand while expanding reach and supporting traditional retail channels. To meet these demands Pillivuyt engaged Dynamicweb, using the Dynamicweb All‑in‑One platform (implemented by partner DIS/PLAY) to create a digital presence that preserved the brand experience and supported both direct and retailer-driven sales.

DIS/PLAY built a classic ecommerce site on Dynamicweb, using it as a mini-PIM with reusable items, NAV integrations, search type-ahead, user management and marketing tools to manage products, customers and retailer data. The Dynamicweb solution cut mobile bounce rate by 25%, reduced average bounce rate by 22%, increased average time on site by 15%, and pushed the “find your local retailer” page from #27 into the top 3 — measurable gains that improved both online sales and in-store traffic.
