Pagunette, the leading Nordic supplier of textiles for homes and public facilities, had no real ecommerce offering—only a basic booking form and an externally handled product configurator—so all sales and order details were processed manually. To digitalize complex fabrics, dimensions and combinations they implemented Perfion PIM in 2017 and in March 2018 launched a Dynamicweb B2B ecommerce solution (Dynamicweb All-in-One / PIMcommerce) and later added an integrated product configurator.

Built by Dynamicweb (with PicoPublish), the portal integrates Perfion and Visma ERP, is available in 5 languages and already serves approximately 2,500 stores; the 7-step product configurator and variant strategy support 7,000+ product variants, send orders directly to production and eliminate costly manual handling. The Dynamicweb solution gave Pagunette full control of their digital business, a clear competitive advantage, improved customer experience and measurable growth in sales and new product ranges.
