Nyfors is a Danish multi-utility company serving more than 50,000 customers with electricity, solar, fibre, heat pumps and wind energy. Facing the need to strengthen brand identity and market position, Nyfors required a simple, clear and visually compelling responsive site that could deliver dynamic, personalized content across platforms and lift online conversion through integrated lead-generation. To meet this brief the project leveraged the Dynamicweb All-in-One platform (implemented by partner Gotcha).

Using Dynamicweb, the team built a personalized, user-friendly site with integrated profiling that surfaces content based on prior visits, clear B2C/B2B navigation, prominent calls-to-action, and a self-service portal for consumption and billing. The Dynamicweb solution is responsive via the Twitter Bootstrap framework and SEO-optimized with structured markup and targeted keywords — improvements that boosted conversion rates, generated significantly more leads and increased customer lifetime value.
