Newsec Datea, one of Denmark’s largest property management companies, needed a new digital rental portal to reduce administrative workload, optimize internal processes and better serve tenants and investors. In 2016 they worked with partner DIS/PLAY and selected the Dynamicweb All-in-One platform to build a unified rental portal and provide a user-friendly CMS and marketing tools.

Dynamicweb delivered a central portal that integrates leases from external booking systems, offers advanced search filters, and funnels rentals, resources and visitors into one site. Since the April 2017 launch Dynamicweb’s solution has doubled website visitors, simplified management of 900+ leases, streamlined internal workflows and improved lead generation and sales processes.
