Neuenschwander is a Swiss high-quality food distributor with over 1,500 gourmet products from 150 suppliers, facing a digital transformation challenge: their old non-responsive B2B webshop was out of sync with their newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP, causing incorrect prices, stock levels and orders for out-of-stock items, and forcing many customers to order by phone or fax. To address this, Neuenschwander selected Dynamicweb and its eCommerce Suite to modernize their online presence and commerce capabilities.

Dynamicweb implemented an integrated solution—eCommerce, CMS and digital marketing—tightly connected to Dynamics 365 F&O, added a responsive storefront with advanced filtering, a dealer portal for easy reordering, and a mobile scanner (in collaboration with Scandit) to speed up repeat purchases. The Dynamicweb solution ensures real-time prices and stock to prevent erroneous orders, shifts customers from phone/fax to digital ordering (freeing internal resources), aligns the site with Neuenschwander’s brand, and adds marketing tools (personalized pricing, newsletters, A/B testing) to boost customer acquisition and retention.
