Bioporto, a Danish in vitro diagnostics company, needed a way to serve customers in more than 80 countries by moving beyond phone and email support to an online sales channel. The company also wanted a solution that would be easy to maintain, support a future ERP integration with Dynamics NAV, and bring together product information, research material, and webshop content in one place.
