A Dynamicweb Case Study
Lofta Dakkapellen, a Dutch manufacturer of high-end dormer windows, needed to modernize and secure its e-commerce presence by upgrading the Dynamicweb platform. The challenge was to add new functionality, tighten security, and make the site responsive so it could better serve multiple customer touchpoints and support e-marketing efforts.
The Dynamicweb upgrade (delivered in partnership with Bluedesk) introduced new features, a refreshed responsive design, and strengthened security, while enabling conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager into Google Analytics for key actions (quotation requests, brochure requests and appointments). As a result, Lofta Dakkapellen now has a conversion-oriented corporate website; by April 2016 over 40% of target keywords were on Google’s first page (with a Q4 goal of 65%), and unique organic visitors increased 1,313% for Jan–Mar 2016 versus the previous year.
