KRM - Customer Case Study

KRM, a sales and distribution company owned by Ecco Holding that supplies roughly 300 retailers across 18 countries, needed a new e‑commerce solution to make it faster and easier for retailers to browse the full product catalogue and place tailored orders without manual processes. KRM also wanted to expose its Dynamics AX business logic (products, variants, assortments, orders and live customer-specific pricing) in a user-friendly way, and partnered with Dynamicweb to deliver the solution using the Dynamicweb All-in-One platform integrated with Dynamics AX.

Dynamicweb built a B2B portal integrated with KRM’s Dynamics AX that offers multi-faceted search, customized assortments by store/season, access to previous orders and favorites, and full self-service ordering with customer-specific prices. The Dynamicweb solution supports 305 retailer shops (610 users), roughly 4,000 unique products and 29 assortments, giving KRM tighter control over inventory, replenishment and returns while streamlining order flow so retailers can quickly tailor and place orders, saving time and resources.
