Jaarbeurs - Customer Case Study

Jaarbeurs, a Netherlands-based trade and exhibition organizer founded in 1916, faced a challenge after merging three companies in April 2014: they needed a single, coherent B2B ecommerce platform to service all exhibitor customers with user-friendly navigation and an easy way to create and order custom exhibition stands. To address this, Jaarbeurs selected Dynamicweb (with partner Innovadis B.V.) and the Dynamicweb All-in-One Platform as the vendor solution.

Dynamicweb, together with Innovadis, implemented a Dynamicweb All-in-One solution integrated with OIL (the company’s PIM and order management system), consolidating Jaarbeurs’s digital processes and enabling the firm to auto-generate about 60 exhibition sites/shops per year. The single-platform approach reduced manual work and technical issues, allowed one-touch shop creation and easy content personalization, improved customer satisfaction, lowered staffing needs, and helped drive more sales.
