SCANPAN, a leading manufacturer of PFOA-free non-stick kitchenware exporting to over 50 countries, faced strong international demand but a legacy ecommerce platform that only sold to the Danish market. To address this, Scanpan worked with partner No Zebra to implement a multilingual ecommerce solution based on the Dynamicweb All-in-One Platform, using Dynamicweb CMS and marketing capabilities to deliver targeted content and communications.

Using Dynamicweb’s platform, Scanpan launched a responsive, international shop with improved editorial tools, newsletters and targeted marketing; the US market now has full online access and further rollouts are planned. The Dynamicweb solution helped boost performance significantly: revenue is up more than 40%, orders up 34%, average order value up 33%, and conversions improved by over 90%.
