Nic Christiansen Import A/S, a Danish car importer for brands including Hyundai, faced declining dealer interest due to an outdated, hard‑to‑navigate ordering system and poor stock rotation that made it difficult to sell older cars. To become the dealers’ preferred partner and reverse attrition, they engaged Dynamicweb to modernize their dealer ordering and sales‑flow.

Dynamicweb implemented a bespoke Self‑Service Order Portal and dashboard that lets Hyundai dealers configure cars to end customers, search other dealers’ stock, track orders and invoices, and follow vehicles from production to delivery. The solution enforces FIFO sales, automates internal workflows, and improves dealer communication—resulting in a more efficient purchasing process and increased loyalty among car dealers.
