Winnebago, the RV manufacturer, needed to shift from in-person customer experiences to engaging digital ones during lockdowns, when traditional events and dealership visits were limited. To meet customers online, Winnebago turned to Dynamicweb for integrated CMS and PIM capabilities to help create a more interactive, informative, and brand-aligned website experience.

Dynamicweb implemented a modern CMS and centralized PIM for Winnebago, enabling immersive 3D tours, product configurators, smart recommendations, and virtual product launches. The results were strong: over 7,000 launch reminder signups, 5,000+ pre-registrations, 124% higher site traffic during launches, 250K+ virtual launch visits, 235K+ YouTube views, a 13.3% increase in website engagement, and a 436% year-over-year increase in leads.
