Ferno Norden Norway AS, one of Norway’s leading suppliers of prehospital, rescue and industrial protection equipment, needed a more modern, personalized B2B storefront that could automate many manual processes and better reflect their product knowledge and quality. They engaged Dynamicweb (with implementation partner Peritus) to deliver a new web solution using Dynamicweb’s all‑in‑one platform with live integration to their Dynamics AX ERP.

Peritus built a Dynamicweb‑based B2B site that gives customers login access to customer‑specific prices and assortments, live stock status, rich product information, invoice history and easy reordering, with orders flowing directly into Dynamics AX. The Dynamicweb solution has reduced manual work, streamlined internal order flow, and enabled faster, friction‑free order handling by automatically sending orders to the ERP where stock and location are already known.
